GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE KANTO+ PROGRAM
Kanto+ is a loyalty programme designed to reward Kanto customers for their purchases on the online store. By participating in the programme, customers declare that they fully accept these General Terms of the Kanto+ Loyalty Programme, which complement the Website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, both of which can be consulted on our website.
The Kanto+ programme is available to all registered customers of the Kanto online store.
Membership is automatic and free, requiring no additional procedure to start accumulating points.
Purchases made as a guest are excluded from this programme.
Customers earn 1 point for every €1 spent on purchases in the Kanto online store. All products available for sale in the online store are eligible for point accumulation unless otherwise stated.
Points are credited to the customer’s account once the order is confirmed and paid for. Points cannot be accumulated with other promotions or discounts applied at the time of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You can check your Points balance (current count of your points) in your customer area, under the “Kanto+ Points Management” menu. Here, you can view all information related to your points, including how many you have accumulated so far, how many you have used, the purchases where they were used, how many were debited or credited, and how many are still available.
Accumulated points can be exchanged for discounts on future purchases, as per the following table:
- 100 points = €5 voucher
- 200 points = €10 voucher
- 300 points = €15 voucher
- 400 points = €20 voucher
The maximum discount per purchase is €20.
Points can only be used for purchases on the Kanto online store and cannot be converted into cash.
Points cannot be transferred between accounts or customers.
If for any reason the purchase is cancelled, the total number of points awarded for the purchase will be debited, and the points balance will reflect the corresponding deduction.
If, during the legal return period, you return any purchased item and request a refund (partial or full), the corresponding points will be debited, and the points balance will reflect the deduction.
If the customer returns items from an order (not due to a complaint) with which they accumulated points used in a subsequent purchase (where the products were not returned), the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the equivalent value of the points used, provided there are not enough accumulated points in the account. If the points balance allows for the total deduction of points awarded for the returned purchase, the refund will be made in full.
Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, points will automatically expire.
Discount vouchers obtained by converting points are valid for 3 months.
If you use a voucher in a purchase but do not complete payment for the remaining amount required to finalise your order, you can place a new order using the same voucher, which will be reactivated after the payment deadline expires and the order status changes to “Cancelled.”
Promotional products may be excluded from earning and/or using points, as indicated on the product page.
Points cannot be used to cover shipping costs or other additional charges.
Kanto reserves the right to change or terminate the Kanto+ programme at any time without prior notice.
If the programme is terminated, accumulated points may be used within the stipulated period unless stated otherwise.
Within the scope of the Kanto+ programme, any purchases eligible for point allocation are governed by Portuguese law.
The customer understands and agrees that, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may use their Kanto account data for analysis and to provide personalised recommendations and offers.
