To create an account on Kanto, simply click on "log in" at the top right of the website, click on "register here," and fill in the requested information.
By creating an account, you can manage orders and returns, invoices, and add or remove addresses so you can receive your orders wherever is most convenient!

To recover your password, when logging in, click on the "forgot password" option, enter your email, and you will receive a code that you should enter in the next step.

Then simply follow the instructions to create a new password.

Kanto takes data protection very seriously.

We ensure that your personal information is protected and will only be shared with other entities that keep your data secure. To learn more about this, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

To check the history of all your orders, simply log in by clicking "sign in" in the upper right corner and enter your email and password. After clicking "log in," you will be in your personal area, where you can view all the orders you have placed with us, access your personal data, and, if necessary, change information in the delivery or billing address.

Your invoice is available in your online customer account under "My account > Order history > Choose the desired order and view details > Download invoice.” If you did not register (guest purchase), you will receive an email with the invoice. If you find that the email was not sent or if you need assistance, contact us at geral@kanto.pt

If the product you're looking for is not available online, it is likely to be out of stock. However, we regularly restock our products, so it will be available again in the near future. You can be notified when the product is back in stock; simply request a stock notification to be sent to your email through the product page you wish to purchase.

The Kanto online store has been designed and developed so that you can find and purchase the products you are looking for easily and quickly.

To make a purchase at Kanto, simply follow these steps:

  • Browse the online store or search for the desired product;
  • Add the product(s) to the cart;
  • Go to the shopping cart;
  • Login or register — if you are already logged in, you will be redirected to the checkout page;
  • If you prefer, you can make a purchase without registration (as a guest), but we would love for you to become our customer :)
  • Provide your address and choose the shipping method;
  • Select the most convenient payment method;
  • Confirm and complete the purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email. Once we ship your order, you will receive another email with detailed information, including the tracking code from the carrier.
Then, simply wait for your order to arrive.

You can use one of the following payment methods:

  • Multibanco
    * You must make the payment within a maximum period of 24 hours. The stock reservation for the products in your order will only be effective after payment confirmation.
  • MBWay
    * You have 4 minutes to access the MB Way application and authorize the payment.

Any delays in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, do not entitle you to compensation.


Track my order
After your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the carrier's link to track your order.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email you registered with or associated with your order (in case of a guest purchase).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new email with the tracking code from the carrier. With this code, you can track the shipment from our warehouse to the delivery address you provided.

If you haven't received the order confirmation and payment email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact your bank to confirm if the payment was deducted from your account. If confirmed, contact us and send the payment proof. We'll do our best to deliver your order!

If the order is already separated or on its way to your address, we cannot fulfill your cancellation request. However, you can receive the order and request a return.

If you haven't received the shipping confirmation yet, contact us via email at geral@kanto.pt to make the change internally. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, it won't be possible to change the delivery address.

Once the Kanto products are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. By clicking on this link, you will be able to track your order and know exactly where it is at a given moment, as well as receive notifications from the carrier.

If you have not received the order after 3 working days (mainland Portugal) and 20 working days for the Madeira and Azores islands, after making the payment, contact us via email at sales@kanto.pt, and we will be happy to confirm the status of your order.

Within the scope of online purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 days, from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods or the day on which they acquire physical possession of the last item, in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return their order, at no cost beyond that established in this clause and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, in its current version.

To exercise this right, you must unequivocally declare that you intend to terminate the contract and return the item complete, in the same condition in which it was sold, without signs of improper use, in the original packaging and in good condition, with the instruction manual and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it.

In the case of exercising this right, Kanto will bear the cost of returning the Products originating in Mainland Portugal. Regarding the islands of the Azores and Madeira, it is the Customer's responsibility to bear the cost of returning the Products.

You have 14 days to return a product. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition (unused and with the original box undamaged).
To make a return request, you should follow these steps:

  • Log in and access your customer area at My Account > Returns;
  • Select the order and item you want to return;
  • Fill in the required fields and click "submit";

After submitting the return request, you should wait for contact from our Customer Support, which will provide all necessary instructions.

Do not send the items without prior contact with Kanto Customer Support, as we will not receive them.

If you placed an order as a guest, the return should be made through the email address sales@kanto.pt

The return costs are borne by the customer, except if the return is caused by an error in Kanto's shipment or a return originating from mainland Portugal.
In that case, you should contact us through the return form in your customer area to schedule the collection of the item, with Kanto assuming the return costs.
However, in the case of an exchange, the shipment of the replacement item(s) follows the normal shipping rules of a regular purchase.

The refund of the amount for the item(s) is made within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of notification of the return. The refund is always made through the same payment method used to purchase the product, unless you prefer a voucher.

Discount coupons are usually sent via email as part of a campaign or after a purchase. They are not cumulative with other ongoing promotions or campaigns. They are valid for a single use and applied during the checkout process.

How to apply a discount coupon:

  • Enter the code in the "Do you have a discount coupon?" field, available from step 1 of the shopping cart.
  • You must use the code exactly as you received it, with letters, numbers, and any special characters.
  • If the code is not valid, the online store will show you an error message. Try again if you are sure the code is active.
